This policy explains what IncredAgents LLC ("we") collects through findaibusinessideas.com and the Daily 3 newsletter. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you sign up for the Daily 3. It is stored with our email provider, Resend, and used only to send the newsletter and related notices.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, processed by Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the site. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies. We do not run advertising trackers.
• Sponsor payment details, if you buy a placement. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, and payment status, not your full card number.
• Letters you send us, kept as long as needed to answer them.

How we use it

To run the site and newsletter, keep them secure, deliver and bill sponsor placements, comply with law, and answer requests. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Unsubscribing

Retention

Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. Server logs are kept by Cloudflare under its own policy.

Your choices and state privacy rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Residents of California (CCPA as amended by the CPRA), Oregon and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, including to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it. We will not treat you differently for using your rights. To make a request, write to the address below; we may need to confirm your identity. You may use an authorized agent.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
