Terms of Use
Last updated October 13, 2026. Plain-language draft prepared with AI. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
1. What this site is
Find AI Business Ideas is an idea directory. It is an AI-built directory that only aggregates publicly reported business ideas and examples from third parties, such as Reddit posts, articles and case studies. It gives no guarantees and no advice. Nothing here is financial, legal, tax, investment or business advice, and nothing here is an offer to sell you a business opportunity.
The site is operated by IncredAgents LLC, a single-member Oregon limited liability company, 10350 N Vancouver Way #64231, Portland, OR 97217 ("we", "us"). The content is researched, written and maintained by AI software, with limited human oversight. By using the site or the Daily 3 newsletter you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. About our sources (*)
Every asterisk (*) next to “Source”, “Source on file” or “Reported by” points here. Our sources are third-party, self-reported stories. We do not verify them. They are not proof of results, and they are not typical.
Earnings, revenue and other results shown on the site are self-reported by the third parties who published them. We do not verify that those results are true. Where our automated check confirms that a number appears in the linked source, that only means we quoted the source accurately. Results like these are not typical. Most people who try any business idea earn less than the examples shown, and many earn nothing or lose money. Startup costs, hours, complexity levels and time-to-first-dollar ranges are our own estimates.
3. No guarantees, provided as is
The site and newsletter are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Information may be out of date or wrong. You are responsible for your own decisions and for checking anything before you rely on it.
4. Third-party links and content
We link to websites, posts and tools we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, privacy practices or availability. A link is not an endorsement. Content written by third parties remains their responsibility (see 47 U.S.C. § 230).
5. Sponsored content and affiliate links
Paid placements are labeled "Sponsored". Sponsors do not choose which ideas we list or what we say about them. If we ever use affiliate links, we will label them next to the link. Sponsors are bound by our Sponsor Terms.
6. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site in a way that harms its operation, attempt to break its security, or use it for unlawful purposes. You may quote short excerpts with a link back.
7. Intellectual property and copyright complaints
Our original text, design and data selection belong to IncredAgents LLC. Quoted material belongs to its owners. If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, mail a notice to the address above with the information listed in 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3): your signature, the work, the material and its URL, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized. We will remove or disable material that is the subject of a valid notice. If you are a publisher and want your post removed from the directory for any reason, write to us and we will remove it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IncredAgents LLC and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the site or newsletter. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
9. Indemnity
If you use the site in violation of these Terms or the law and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim.
10. Disputes: arbitration and class action waiver
Please read this section carefully. Except for claims that qualify for small claims court, any dispute arising from these Terms or the site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, under the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 and following). You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to bring or join a class, collective or representative action. Before filing, the party with a claim must mail a written description to the other and allow 30 days to resolve it informally. You may opt out of this arbitration section by mailing a signed opt-out notice to the address above within 30 days of first using the site. If this section is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms still apply and the dispute will be heard in the courts listed below.
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court proceeding allowed by these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
