Sponsor Terms

These terms apply when you buy a sponsor bar, newsletter slot or featured listing from IncredAgents LLC ("we"). By paying, you agree to them and to our Terms of Use.

Every placement is labeled

All paid placements are clearly labeled "Sponsored" on the site and in the newsletter, following FTC guidance on native advertising and endorsements. We will not remove or hide the label, and sponsors may not ask us to present paid content as independent editorial content.

No influence on listings

Paying for a placement does not change which ideas we list, how we describe them, or our claims checks.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any number of views, clicks, signups or sales. Any audience numbers we share are reported as measured at the time and may change.

Your ad content

You are responsible for your ad's text, links and claims, and you confirm they are truthful, substantiated and lawful. Earnings claims, guarantees of income, and promises of fast wealth are not accepted. You give us permission to display your name, logo and text for the placement.

Right to refuse or remove

We may refuse any placement, or remove one, at our discretion, including for misleading claims, unsafe products, or content that does not fit the site. If we refuse before a placement runs, we refund you in full.

Refunds and cancellation

• Before the placement starts: full refund on request.
• After a weekly placement starts: no refund for days already run. If we remove it for a reason that is not your breach of these terms, we refund the unused days.
• Featured listing ($49 a month): cancel anytime; it stays up until the end of the paid month. No partial-month refunds unless we removed it for a reason that is not your breach.
• If a technical problem on our side stops your placement from showing, we extend it by the missed time or refund that time.
